NC Courage ECNL Academy and North Carolina FC Academy are the highest levels of soccer for youth players. The ECNL Academy is a 10-month program, players begin their season in August and conclude in July. The NC Courage ECNL Academy is led by Academy Director and NC Courage first team coach, David Maddren, while the North Carolina FC Academy is led by Academy Director and North Carolina FC first team coach, Daniel Sellitti.
