9 NCFC Youth coaches and staff landed in South Africa earlier last week as part of Phase 2 of an exchange initiative in partnership with NC State, Cape Peninsula University of Technology, and the Football Foundation of South Africa. The Women’s Coaching Collective is hosting a US Soccer 9v9 Grassroots coaching Course for Women Coaches at NCFC Youth, free of charge! The course is for ALL women coaches (not limited to coaches in the 9v9 format). Participants must be at least 16 years old and a current coach with NCFC Youth for the upcoming Fall season. El Programa de Embajadores Jóvenes de NCFC es un programa voluntario que brindará experiencia en marketing, redes sociales y comunicación a nuestros embajadores.

Through this program, we hope to give eager young players who are passionate about NCFC Youth and excited about digital/social media the opportunity to help create and share content – players will have the opportunity to add creativity and leave with some skills we hope will add depth to their resume/volunteer/skill experience.

Las responsabilidades y oportunidades pueden incluir:

Proporcionar contenido para los canales de redes sociales de NCFC Youth. Los embajadores tomarán fotografías, videos, crearán TikTok, etc. y los enviarán al equipo de marketing de NCFC Youth. El contenido se tomará en los entrenamientos, juegos, torneos, eventos, etc. de NCFC Youth. Ejemplos de contenido: entrevistas a jugadores, entrenadores o padres, redes sociales en un torneo, cobertura de sesiones de entrenamiento y más.
Captura momentos que destaquen a jugadores, equipos y/o entrenadores dentro y fuera del campo.
Crear y redactar contenido de estilo blog para publicarlo en el sitio web, el boletín informativo y los canales de redes sociales de NCFC Youth. NCFC Youth ayudará a orientar los temas.
Interactúe con NCFC Youth en las redes sociales compartiendo su contenido acreditado en sus perfiles personales de Instagram, Twitter y/o Facebook.
Etiquétanos en publicaciones y/o reels de Instagram, TikTok o tweets para compartir en los canales de redes sociales de NCFC Youth.
Trabajar directamente con el equipo de marketing juvenil de NCFC para intercambiar ideas y creaciones de diferentes contenidos.
Entrevista ante la cámara hablando de tu experiencia como jugador y como club
Sea un embajador del club en un evento especial (por ejemplo, Premio Shield, Noche de Firmas Universitarias, campamentos, torneos, etc.) para interactuar con familias actuales y/o futuras.

Requisitos básicos:

At least 14 years old and a current player at NCFC Youth
Se requerirá el permiso de los padres para ser parte del programa.
Proporcionar una historia de blog para la primavera (indicación a definir)
