Players interested in our Camps must create an account in PlayMetrics to register. Parents or guardians should create an account in their name and add each child as a participant. Existing players will just need to login to their accounts.

Spring Break Camps


Our Spring Break Camps are open to players ages 4 -16* of all skill levels. Full Day Camp runs 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Friday). Campers will enjoy all aspects of the game through various activities and camp games. This camp includes plenty of breaks. Lunch is not included.

Camps are held at WRAL Soccer Park (Raleigh), and a Cary site.

*4 & 5 year olds are only eligible for Half-Day Camps.

Camp Cancelations

  • 15+ days from start of camp = full refund minus $25 processing fee
  • 8-14 days from the start of camp = 50% refund minus $25 processing fee
  • 7 or less days from the start of camp = no refund minus $25 processing fee

 

If you need to change your camp reservation at any time, a $25 processing fee will be assessed.

Summer Camps


NCFC Youth camps are aimed at all players ages 4-16 looking for a fun outdoor soccer experience or an introduction to the game, while keeping engaged during breaks from school. In age- and ability-specific groups, led by experienced and qualified coaching staff, players will be led through appropriate soccer activities in a fun environment that encourages friendship, teamwork, and individual development.


Full-Day Camp runs 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Friday). Half-Day Camp runs 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday - Friday). Campers will enjoy all aspects of the game through various activities and camp games. This camp includes plenty of breaks. Lunch is not included.

Goalkeeping Camps


Calling all goalkeepers! Our goalkeeping camps offer specialized training sessions led by experienced coaches to enhance skills, techniques, and game strategies. GK camps are offered for players ages 10-16 and are offered as half day camps from 9 AM - 12 PM. Players also have the option to attend the GK-specific half day camp and then join our traditional summer camp from 12PM - 4PM to utilize the skills they learned in the morning. It's an excellent opportunity for goalkeepers to sharpen their abilities and elevate their game.

Striker Camps

Led by seasoned coaches, our striker camps focus on refining your shooting techniques, enhancing your goal-scoring instincts, and sharpening your ability to convert scoring opportunities. Through a combination of skill drills, tactical sessions, and competitive gameplay, you'll learn the art of finishing with precision and confidence.

 

Striker camps are offered for ages 10-16 and are offered as half day camps from 9 AM - 12 PM. Players also have the option to attend the striker-specific half day camp and then join our traditional summer camp from 12PM - 4PM to utilize the skills they learned in the morning. Through teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication, you'll not only become a better striker but also a better overall player.

 

Striker Camps are held at WRAL Soccer Park.

Connections for Girls


Connections for Girls is designed for female athletes’ technical, physical, and psychological development. Girls will participate in soccer-specific training with an all-female staff and interact in group chats and Q&A sessions with female leaders who have made a career in the sport of soccer and in the broader business community and get expert tips on nutrition, injury prevention, and more. Come grow as a person and a player and meet some amazing female role models and peers at camp!


Connections for Girls camp will take place 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday).

  • Shelley Curan - Assistant Town Manager in Cary, NC
  • Shelley currently oversees intergovernmental relations, transportation, transit, and real estate for the Town of Cary. Prior to joining the Town of Cary, Shelley served as the General Counsel and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Gotriangle and as interim CEO. Shelley serves as a member of the North Carolina Board of Law Examiners and is an adjunct professor in the Duke Sanford School of Public Policy.
  • Ashton Fisher - NCFC Youth alum and program manager for ShareFile
  • Ashton Fisher is a program manager for ShareFile where she serves in a chief-of-staff role managing cross-functional projects and programs. Raised in Raleigh she played several sports growing up, but soccer was always number one. She played all levels of CASL (NCFC) soccer before graduating from NC State’s College of Design. Outside of work, she stays active in the community by serving with a number of local organizations and causes like Dorothea Dix Park and the Raleigh Chamber, co-hosting Podcast Raleigh, and staying involved in local politics.
  • Lindsay LaBennett - VP of Inclusion & Impact at Wasserman
  • A Baltimore area native, Lindsay LaBennett graduated magna cum laude from North Carolina A&T State University, obtaining a bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication – with a focus in Public Relations and a masters in Sports Management at Ohio University. She is a 15+ year veteran of the sports industry.
  • Shana Overdorf - VP of Leadership Development with the Raleigh Chamber
  • Shana Overdorf is a native of Ohio, and a graduate of Bowling Green State University. For the last 20 years, she has been a Triangle resident and an enthusiastic, engaged citizen and professional. Throughout her career, as both consultant and lead staff, Shana has served as a change agent, working collectively and creating lasting impact. As the Vice President of Leadership Development with the Raleigh Chamber, Shana is taking business and community leaders on monthly “field trips” to see what the opportunities and obstacles facing our region are as well as who is making the decisions and who is charged with implementation.
  • Torri A. Staton - VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity at the Raleigh Chamber
  • Torri A. Staton is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity at The Raleigh Chamber. Dr. Staton has taught a course entitled Race, Racism, and Racial Equity at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity professional and an equity-focused scholar who has used narrative analyses to study the social and cultural intertwining of Racial Identity, American education, and American popular culture.
  • Alicia Arnold -Deputy Housing Director, Wake County
  • Alicia’s worked cities and counties across North Carolina for more than 10 years. She currently serves as the Deputy Housing Director for Wake County’s Housing Affordability & Community Revitalization Department. They focus on building housing at prices everyone can afford and helping those who may be experiencing homelessness. In her career, she has helped to build strong teams working to creatively solve problems for residents and communities. Alicia went to East Carolina University where she received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She played collegiate rugby and grew up playing many different sports. Learning how to be a good teammate has contributed greatly to success in her career.
  • Kendall Fletcher White - NCFC Youth staff coach, ECNL Girls program
  • Home-grown talent who played with the club as a youth player, graduated from Apex High School, then on to UNC in 2002 where she was an impact player during her 4 years and was a starter on the 2003 NCAA Championship team that went 27-0-0 on the season. Played in the US National Team system, professionally in the United States (including locally for NC Courage), and internationally.
  • Luke Hudson, PT, DPT, CSCS - Director of Sports Rehab & Injury Prevention Wake Orthopaedics
  • Luke Hudson will lead the girls through the FIFA 11+ warmup designed to reduce injuries by up to 50 percent when performed correctly in addition to sharing some specific information to girls players and injury prevention.
  • Heather O'Reilly - USWNT Olympian
  • Heather played for the United States Women's National Soccer Team (USWNT), with whom she won three Olympic gold medals and a FIFA Women's World Cup. She started her college career at UNC, then had a successful club career exploring different women’s leagues. She is a soccer analyst for Fox Sports Soccer. Recently played on team US Women at The Soccer Tournament (TST) where her team took home the championship in the women’s division.
  • Madeline Goodman - Director of Player Experience at North Carolina FC / Community Advisor NC Courage
  • s a sports professional with over a decade of experience working with athletes and teams across the NFL, WNBA, NBA, NWSL and USL. Originally from Cincinnati, Madeline earned her degree in Communications from Tulane University in New Orleans and has previously held roles with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Minnesota Lynx and Prolanthropy, an agency representing NFL athlete non-profits across the country.
  • Krista Moreland - Certified macro-nutrition coach
  • Krista empowers women to love and understand the skin they are in through macro tracking so that they can authentically embody internal and external health while impacting generations to come. Krista inspires women and athletes to take action so that they confidently live a balanced lifestyle and fuel their bodies without fear. She has traveled across the United States to speak in front of audiences and inspire change. Krista earned her BA in Communications Journalism, Masters in Secondary Education, and nutrition certifications from NASM, Precision Nutrition (level 1 and 2), and WAG.

Camp Changes

Any participant wishing to change their camp registration must do so at least 8 days prior to the scheduled start date of the camp. Any change request received 7 or less days from the start of camp will not be approved.

Weather Policy

In the case of inclement weather, camp will be halted under the pavilions and/or inside the various facilities (depending on camp location) until the inclement weather has passed and play can safely resume. 

 

This is an outdoor camp, which means the whole camp will take place outdoors. In the event of extreme heat, extended breaks will be given, and indoor activities will take place as needed in the space available at each camp location.

 

Camp days may be shortened due to weather if conditions do not improve or are unsafe; communication will be sent out to families regarding schedule changes via email and phone calls, if necessary.

 

In the event of weather-related cancellations, no refunds will be issued. If weather results in 2 or more days of cancellations, a partial refund or camp credit will be issued.
