Elite Club's National League (ECNL) is a proven and nationally recognized elite soccer program, and offers our top players the best training and development opportunities available in the country. Coached by our paid ECNL coaching staff, teams train 4 times a week and compete in 2-3 National Showcase events per year.

We will be holding an ECNL Girls ID Sessions for non-NCFC Youth players interested in being evaluated for our ECNL program. Spots are limited and registration is required. If interested in attending, please email ECNL Girls Director, Derek Leader at Derek.Leader@NCFCYouth.com to register and for additional information on the ID session.
For current NCFC Youth Players, this will be an Invite Only process and those players will be contacted directly.
Current ECNL & ECNL RL players from outside of NCFCYouth are not permitted to attend any sessions until after March 1 (for rising U19s-U16s) and May 1 (for rising U15s-U13s).

ECNL Girls trainings take place at Wake Competition Center in Morrisville next to RDU Airport.

NCFC Youth ECNL players must pay the ECNL Club Fee upfront or choose another method of payment.

All ECNL goalkeepers are provided 3 sessions per week in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season, seasonal evaluations as well as in-game analysis and feedback from full-time GK staff.
Each year, our ECNL program proudly graduates many players that commit to continuing their soccer careers at the collegiate level. Since the inception of the ECNL Program, NCFC Youth has continued to maintain a 100% record for placing players who desire to continue their playing career into collegiate programs. NCFC Youth's ECNL alumni are currently playing for colleges across the country from the Division I through Division III levels, including programs such as:
