Juniors

Juniors prepares players to progress at the Classic level and beyond through a dedicated coaching staff providing quality, age-appropriate instruction at these key age groups.

Juniors is the most competitive program offered for U8–U10 players. The focus is on development of the individual player in a group setting, while a low coach-to-player ratio allows for consistent player support.

The Juniors Program and coaching staff are led by Juniors Director Etienne Boulanger, Assistant Director Doug Prewett, and regional directors.

Juniors Evaluations

All new players interested in the NCFC Youth Juniors Program must complete an Intent to Play registration and participate in the evaluation process.

Intent to Play Registration

New players must create a PlayMetrics account in order to register for Juniors evaluations. Parents or guardians should create the account in their own name and add each child as a participant.

Families with an existing PlayMetrics account may simply log in and complete the Juniors Intent to Play registration.

NCFC Youth will reach out to all players registered for evaluations during the week before evaluations begin.

Current Juniors players do not need to attend evaluations.

Evaluation dates, times, and locations for the 2027–28 Juniors season will be announced at a later date. Players should plan to attend both evaluation days once the schedule is released.
