North Carolina FC Youth is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding Greater Triangle. Since 1974, NCFC Youth has been committed to enhancing each player’s soccer experience at every level and age of play. Through innovative soccer programming, player development opportunities, and a focus on coaching education, NCFC Youth creates an environment for more than 15,000 players and 800 coaches to grow on and off the field.
As the largest club in North Carolina, NCFC Youth is proud to offer Recreation, Juniors, Challenge, Classic, Elite Clubs National League, and community outreach programs. NCFC Youth strives to improve the quality of life for our players, families, and community through the game of soccer.
Our club uses PlayMetrics as our All-in-One Club Operating System for Registration, Payment, Communication, and Schedules. All new users must create an account through PlayMetrics in order to register for any of our programs.

Recreational soccer offers an introductory, fun playing environment for players of all skill levels between the ages of 4-19. Our recreational soccer program is one of the largest of its kind in the country.
Challenge soccer is an intermediate competitive program that requires players to try out and provides a higher level of competition and commitment than our Recreation program, but lower time and financial commitment than Classic.
Juniors prepares players to progress at the Classic level and beyond through a dedicated coaching staff that provides quality, age appropriate instruction at these key age groups. Juniors is the most competitive program offered for U8 - U10 players.
Our Classic teams compete at the highest competitive level within North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), as well as in various elite leagues across the country.
Coached by our professional and paid coaching staff, Classic teams train at least 3 times a week, compete in 8-10 League games and will attend 2-3 tournaments throughout each season (Fall/Spring).
Elite Club's National League (ECNL) is a proven and nationally recognized elite soccer program, and offers our top players the best training and development opportunities available in the country. Coached by our paid ECNL coaching staff, teams train 4 times a week and compete in 2-3 National Showcase events per year.
NC Courage ECNL Academy and North Carolina FC Academy are the highest levels of soccer for youth players. The ECNL Academy is a 10-month program, players begin their season in August and conclude in July. The NC Courage ECNL Academy is led by Academy Director, David Maddren, while the North Carolina FC Academy is led by Academy Director, Daniel Sellitti

North Carolina FC Youth is proud to be able to provide a variety of positive, and high quality camps, clinics and individual training programs.
Our Goalkeeping staff lead position specific training for all goalkeepers involved in our Classic, ECNL, and Development Academy programs, as well as offering an introductory program for goalkeepers in our Juniors program. All goalkeepers are provided with a minimum of two sessions per week in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season.
Our Juniors Development Program (JDP) is a supplemental training option for U7 - U8 players. JDP helps bridge the gap between recreational soccer and competitive soccer, with an second night of training in addition to Recreation team practices.
Adv. Player Development Program (Adv. PDP) is a weekly supplemental training program held on Sunday evenings for Academy, ECNL, ECNL-RL, Classic, Juniors and high level Challenge Players during the season. The curriculum is developed by NCFC professional staff and focuses on breaking down individual techniques and mastering them to become a “complete” player in a high intensity and demanding environment.
This supplemental training program is ideal for any Juniors, Challenge or Recreation player looking to improve their confidence and ability in 1v1 attacking, running with the ball, receiving and passing with all surfaces of the foot, and controlling aerial balls with all areas of the body.
NCFC Youth camps are offered to players ages 4-19 and are designed to offer a fun and engaging learning experience for all. Currently we offer Spring Break and Summer Camps, as well as Goalkeeping Camps, Striker Camps, and Connections for Girls, which are camps focused on female athletes' technical, physical, and psychological development.

NCFC Youth camps are aimed at all players ages 4-14 looking for a fun soccer experience or an introduction to the game, while keeping engaged during breaks from school.

Historically, the Latino population is often underrepresented in youth club soccer across the country often due to economic, cultural, transportation, communication, technological, or other barriers to access. NCFC Youth is dedicated to opening the game of soccer to all youth regardless of ability, financial resources, or other barrier.
NCFC Youth has partnered with the Durham Police Athletic League (DPAL) as part of our outreach initiative to provide soccer opportunities to underserved populations in our community.
