Marshall Hodge Named To United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30

Raleigh, NC (October 19th, 2023) – NCFC Youth is excited to announce that U11-12 Girls Classic Director Marshall Hodge was named to the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30.

Director of Soccer, Paul Forster stated, “I am delighted Marshall has been selected for the USC 30 Under 30 Program. As a club we prioritize hiring talented young coaches and directors. This will be a great opportunity for Marshall to continue his development as a coach and director. I know Marshall will embrace the opportunity and use the knowledge he gains from participating in the program to benefit the players, coaches, and families in our club.”

The 30 Under 30 program, established in 2013, announces a class each year of 15 female and 15 male coaches who have demonstrated leadership in both developing soccer players and enhancing the game. The program is designed to be a year-long education and mentorship opportunity for young coaches in the profession. Coaches are paired with mentors and other young coaches, are able to attend convention and education courses at a discounted rate, as well as joining a group of 30 Under 30 alumni.

“I’m very grateful for the daily and unique opportunities I have with NCFC Youth and NC Courage Academy,” said Hodge, “Being a part of the 30 Under 30 program will hopefully take me another step closer to my goal of providing our young players with a positive, fulfilling experience as athletes and people.”The body content of your post goes here.
