Plan Your Stay

To take advantage of this service and plan your spring team travel, please follow these steps:


  1. Fill out the Travel Request Form below
  2. Alison will source the hotels and send back a response grid with different options to choose
  3. Once you decide where you want to stay, Betsy will put you directly in contact with the sales manager at the hotel who will then send you the contract directly and work with you moving forward on rooming list, etc.
  4. What if you already booked for travel? If you are contracted into a property, you’ll need to honor that contract. But, this service will continue to be offered, so please keep it in mind for future team travel needs.
