2024 USYS National Champions


Congratulations to 2006 Elite G and Coach Dave Arensdorf for being the 2024 USYS National Champions! They earned the club its 6th National Title in July 2024, when they won the U18 USYS National Championship.

Programs Available


North Carolina FC Youth is proud to be able to provide positive, high quality, competitive programs for our High School aged girls that range from Challenge through Academy. All competitive programs all require tryouts or an invite for evaluation.

Challenge

Challenge soccer is an intermediate competitive program that requires players to try out and provides a higher level of competition and commitment than our Recreation program, but lower time and financial commitment than Classic.

Classic

Our Classic teams compete at the highest competitive level within North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), as well as in various elite leagues across the country.

Coached by our professional and paid coaching staff, Classic teams train at least 3 times a week, compete in 8-10 League games and will attend 2-3 tournaments throughout each season (Fall/Spring).

Our Classic teams compete at the highest competitive level within North Carolina Youth Soccer Association (NCYSA), as well as in various elite leagues across the country.

Coached by our professional and paid coaching staff, Classic teams train at least 3 times a week, compete in 8-10 League games and will attend 2-3 tournaments throughout each season (Fall/Spring).

Elite Clubs National League (ECNL)

Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) is a proven and nationally recognized elite soccer program, and offers our top players the best training and development opportunities available in the country. Coached by our paid ECNL coaching staff, teams train 4 times a week and compete in 2-3 National Showcase events per year.

Academy

NC Courage ECNL Academy is the highest level of soccer for youth players. The ECNL Academy is a 10-month program, players begin their season in August and conclude in July. The NC Courage ECNL Academy is led by Academy Director, David Maddren, while the North Carolina FC Academy is led by Academy Director and North Carolina FC first team coach, John Bradford.

Our club uses PlayMetrics as our All-in-One Club Operating System for Registration, Payment, Communication, and Schedules. All new users must create an account through PlayMetrics in order to register for any of our programs. Older Girls interested in registering for tryouts will need to complete a 2025-2026 Intent - to - Play (ITP).

Recreation

Recreational soccer offers an introductory, fun playing environment for players of all skill levels between the ages of 4-19. Our recreational soccer program is one of the largest of its kind in the country.

North Carolina FC Youth is proud to be able to provide a variety of positive, and high quality camps, clinics and individual training programs.

Goalkeeping Program

Our Goalkeeping staff lead position specific training for all goalkeepers involved in our Classic, ECNL, and Development Academy programs, as well as offering an introductory program for goalkeepers in our Juniors program. All goalkeepers are provided with a minimum of two sessions per week in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season.

Elite Technique

Elite Technique (ET) is a weekly supplemental training program held on Sunday evenings for Academy, ECNL, ECNL-RL, Classic, Juniors and high level Challenge Players born in 2012 - 2003 during the season. The curriculum is developed by NCFC professional staff and focuses on breaking down individual techniques and mastering them to become a “complete” player in a high intensity and demanding environment.

Skill Building

This supplemental training program is ideal for any Juniors, Challenge or Recreation player looking to improve their confidence and ability in 1v1 attacking, running with the ball, receiving and passing with all surfaces of the foot, and controlling aerial balls with all areas of the body.

North Carolina FC Youth is proud to offer several outreach programs, allowing for access to high quality soccer programs for all.

TOPSoccer

TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) athletes are up to age 18 with a disability including but not limited to: A.D.D., Autism, Hearing Impaired, Sight Impaired, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Seizure Disorder and Spinal Bifida.

La Liga

Historically, the Latino population is often underrepresented in youth club soccer across the country often due to economic, cultural, transportation, communication, technological, or other barriers to access. NCFC Youth is dedicated to opening the game of soccer to all youth regardless of ability, financial resources, or other.
